Airline Flight Patterns & Sleep Apnea

Our sleep has regular cycles and rhythms. It seems the intercontinental airline flights are arranged to blend with human sleep cycles. This mapping of worldwide airline traffic is interesting. I wish the interruptions, unscheduled changes, etc. in the airline flights could be controlled as easily as our obstructive sleep apnea.
